Artificial sweeteners are evil. Not only have some of them been linked to cancer, they screw with your blood sugar twice over because your body thinks it needs to produce insulin and then has to reabsorb the excess.
Find regular iced tea or lemonade stuff, low sugar if you can. Special K has come out with protien water powder - haven't tried it myself, but I've heard good things about it.
It's always good to have something handy. Otherwise you do like I did yesterday and get chips from the vending machine. Evil vending machine.

Jeff - Lipton cold brew iced tea bags. You can make your own brewed iced tea without having to heat water. It's really great stuff. You don't end up with that nasty powdered taste.
