I will not be here for movie night this week, either. I am taking the kids and going to the inlaws for Friday and Saturday. My FIL said the door is always open to me so I am taking advantage of it! They live in OBX and I cannot wait! I will get a bit of a break, too, which will be nice.
The concert sounds fun! I am going to one later this summer--Heart, Journey, and Cheap Trick. May ask H to babysit for it, since he should be bak from his mini cruise by then. Might squeeze in the Motley Crue concert, too--we will see!

Another thing is, don't know how many bedrooms you are looking at, but my fil bought a house in Palm Beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it was gorgeous-designed by an architect, all white and sunny, and wood floors, etc and 1 block from the beach--but he had a horrible time selling it because even retirees wanted more room for when grandkids stayed or whatever, and maybe b/c they realized it is harder to sell a house that isn't 3 or 4 bedrooms. Just a thought! I know it seems silly to have extra rooms and everything, but think you could turn one into a gym, a guest room, another into a library, etc.... Karen
That is exactly what I am thinking. There are 4 BR's but the Master BR is actually downstairs. Upstairs will be an office/library, D14's room, and a guest room. But when it is just me, I can pretty much shut down the upstairs and live in a 1BR "condo". The basement is partially finished and that's where the exercise stuff will be. So it really works well for me. I really hope the deal happens!
