Hi. I didn't buy any supplements, I am just taking vitamins, like you. Also, I am walking every morning at 6:30 with my neighbor. We only have time to do about 2 miles. H is in school at night for the next two weeks, so that means I can't go to the gym My babysitter is pretty expensive, and we're trying to save money for our home that we will be getting in about 2 years so that means we are scrimping a bit. We are only splurging on golf 2 x a month for H, two outings for me a month, with friends or alone, and one or two dates for ourselves. Also, I found that I sometimes have to force myself to get going in the morning, but if I keep remembering that it gives me so much extra energy during the day if I exercise in the AM, and that I'm toning, (even if the scale is moving so slowly), it gives me the motivation. I really need to make up my eating plan, but I usually only have time during the day for lunch and a small dinner, so I'm not over doing it in that area.
