Michelle, I get the idea of variable reinforcement...but! What am I reinforrcing right now? There has been no response at all. So, if I keep doing it, am I reinforcing her doing nothing? Or, has she not "learned" the positive behavior yet. so I need to keep doing it every day? Of course, in this case, the order of things is even confusing!
