In order to better ourselves by getting on with our lives. Putting the things that we went through behind us, learning from those experiences. How do you cope with what I call "Busy brain"?

It usually happens at night when I lay in bed. As much as I try to just reflect on the little things to make myself comfortable, Those thoughts of abandonment, rejection, selfish actions, hatred and all those other thoughts that make me anxious come to the forefront of my mind.

How can I turn these thoughts off. Some days its easier, most of the time its hard and painful to where my mind is obsessed with them.
