From what I've read it sounds like you may be focusing too much on OW and not enough on yourself. Forget about her she is out of your control. You can only work on being you and being attractive. You know what I mean? Do you have something you can do or think about when thoughts of OW pop into your head? She is so insignificant, and you are so fabulous!
