We haven't met but I've seen several of your posts tonight and am concerned. I don't know your sitch and respect the need to step back if something isn't working for you. However, this place is very good for support and we all need that.
I hope you take care of yourself and come back if you need to talk.
The pain of being here sometimes rivals our pains begore finding this source of support. Last I checked on your thread, you were enduring tough times. Take care of yourself if you do take a break. But give some though to keeping a thread that helps you fight for your self, and not one about fighting for the M.
We all watched you go through some very tough times. I know they are still hard, but I hope somehow different than in the beginning. You have grown in your career and made many new friends in your life. You have dealt with teenage children, and continue to encounter the chaos that brings to us all. Be strong for yourself. Be loving and caring for your kids. Focus on the smallest of the good things each day and they will grow.
I have been sitting here in this dusty beach chair for awhile now.. and I was wondering if it was okay to just sit and watch the fireworks ?
I was going to take a swim in the pool but there are Cheeto's bags in the drain and the water is green with algae or something that looks like algae ? .. and I think there is a cork from a Patron bottle under the diving board... Anyway.. Sparklers to all !
Jeepers Tom, thought this party thread was long gone cause we were all partying elsewhere. Can't speak for anybody else, but that's what I've been up to. If the beach chair has gotten dusty, me thinks it's time to move it to a more appropriate party climate. Catch you all in a week or so, it's that time again to go hurtling through sub space across the country, come back, switch suitcases and run off with Ms $3M across the border for another long weekend. Life after a D isn't so bad after all.
