I'm so glad you took this step. And on the New Moon! In Cancer! Honouring the female. This means that you perhaps could say something to her about your C/depression/ADs on the Full Moon (becuase thats what this full moon is all about, men owning up to their depression, as its linked to Saturn). Just a thought!
