Not trying to hijack, sorry if I am, just a question for Dom ; How do i prove I am sorry for the actions i have committed? Is that an answerable question ?

It is always answerable. However, it depends on what exactly your actions WERE. and it also depends on the person you are saying sorry to.
the book "the 5 languages of apology" has some suggestions.
Doesnt work for everyone, though. For example, people who dont believe in ever forgiving anyone. such as my wife :P
In other words.. you can prove you are sorry... and even that you wouldnt do it again... Doesnt neccessarily mean they will care.
But still worth trying.
i think it's too soon, she knows i am sorry but is so pissed at me , if you see the emails i exchanged with W's cousin, she likely loves me but is so mad at me...
i did the apology thing when i was feeling sorry for myself..i will do it again when the time is right and it will be genuinely sincere.
btw i ran 6.5 miles tonight, i am so tired! just had a small chat with my wife and she is making stir fry steak for our week's lunches..
