PS: Wall-E is cute, but its a love story and even though its just a kids movie, there were moments that were hard for me to watch because it just made me sad. The robots get it, why don't our WAS?

Even though my boss closed the office early, he still made me take a lunch! Can you believe this guy?? Anyway, I did some errands. I was wearing a rather nice (and sort of clingy) blue dress. So as I shopped I did smile at people. They probably thought I was a nut case!
I decided to go to the movies early with my kids. That was a nice 1.5 hours and then of course they had to yak, yak yak all the way home. I really just wanted some quiet but with kids +1(their friend) that just isn't going to happen.
Even though tomorrow is planned out, I am going to see what I can do about my bike. I haven't ridden forever, so the tire are flat. It's funny, I didn't learn how to ride until I was 18 and was in Denmark. My parents wouldn't let me learn how to ride here because kids do stupid things and ride in front of cars. Anyway, it was crazy trying to learn there. Everytime a car came by, I would drop the bike or jump into the bushes because I was afraid of getting hit. By the end of the year, 2 of my friends and I went on a 300 km bike tour around Sjaelland(the island that Copenhagen is on). My parents bought me a 10 speed when I came home but there aren't many bike paths here and I have lost a lot of confidence. Well it is about time I gave it a go.

Fun at the movies, though. On our long ride home, I usually trick my kids into playing the "Quiet Game". They are so competetive. First one to utter a sound, loses. Gives me at least a good 15 minutes

I just adore my boss. I would have been a complete basket case without him this past year. I drove by Mickey D's and there weren't any guys working out there.

You are on a roll. Love the energy! Clingy blue dress, eh? The bike sounds fun. Some states actually have bike maps that are available. Some have routes mapped, others mark roads with good shoulders or less traffic. You should see if KS has anything like that.
