I think I'm back on track here. I don't know what kind of marriage conferences you went to where they told you what to do. But the point I was making, is that at Retro they don't tell you to do anything but use the dialogue technique to communicate. Any changes you decide to make are of your own suggestion. There is no third party making suggestions. I suppose you could go back on your own decisions, but it would be harder to do.
