H4H I bet once you start pushing W for the L info, she is going to back away from what she was telling you.
She isn't and will not, She talked to her L yesterday, I'm giving her a check (payable to lawyer) to get the ball rolling. I wrote down what we both agreed to and I'm going to give that to W and tell her - that she and her L better not put anything in the D agreement that we haven't discussed, without first talking to me.
I have read a lot of stuff lawyers have written, from trust agreements, wills, tax opinions, merger agreements, IRS rules, etc. The D agreement should be very simple and if there is the hint of anything out of the ordinary, I'm going to get my own L involved.
