I think, that most places I have read about, being "separated" in the same house is NOT living apart. IF you choose to fight it, you can probably throw a monkey wrench into her plans, and at least delay things. Quite possibly a lot.
i will find out more Saturday, my friend has alot of experience..and i don't have the docs handy but i think it did say "living apart for 1 year" hmmm
