Since we are tossing out far-fetched ideas, could H know about Hot Guy and be trying in his own back-a$$ward way of trying to screw things up for you? Now that he is not the only "man" in your life?

Seems odd that all of a sudden his world is turning to chit and someone starts messin' with you? Does H have this pic in his computer or could OW have access to it? Maybe she is retaliating for the article you sent her?
