Issues is right Woog! Yesterday I spent a couple of hours in the evening trying to get my new highspeed hooked up myself. It wouldn't work on our dinosaur of a desktop. I did get it installed on the laptop but couldn't get it to work wireless. H and told D he would work on it tonight. When I got home he had the wireless working. Then I asked about the desktop and he got that working. Argh, I hate when he does something that I couldn't...I really wanted to do it myself. Funny thing, he also hooked his laptop up to the wireless. I said "Oh, Daddy is piratin our wirless." D said well it is his too. I said "I guess it is in his name." Nothing from H.

I was going to post about my interaction with H today. Then I decided it really wasn't important, I would rather focus on me.

Took D to her skating lesson in the morning. I spent the afternoon taking down my dining room drapes. Spackled wholes and cracks then taped the room tonight. I will begin painting tomorrow after my appointment with my T. I also ordered new drapes for the dining room and my bedroom. I am continuing to reclaim my home for myself and my Ds.

I think focusing your post on YOU is a great idea!

Sounds like you have the painting well under control!

Hey (((Red)))

You know, I tried dancing with myself. Its alot of fun. I downloaded some awesome '80's tunage the other night, shut the lights out, made sure D12 was asleep (because I still dance like the '80's too...lol) and just danced.

God Bless Chaka Khan lmao had so much fun, and there is something to be said for just taking care of yourself and not worrying about the WAS for once!!!

Thanks for the love, and right back at ya! I'm sorry I haven't checked up on you...I have been cutting back on my time online.

I don't know if I would say the painting is under control, but I have the ceiling and first coat done in the DR. I hope to do the second coat tonight.

Keep dancing! It won't be alone forever. My STBX never really cared to dance much and I loved to. I need to find that part of me again.

Red - we don't have to have everything in common with our WAS's...maybe dancing is the one thing you won't have in common!!! Dance Woman Dance!!! You would be surprised how much fun it is.

D12 taught me the cha cha this morning, in return I taught her the electric slide. Lord...I forgot how much fun it was!!!

I hate painting ceilings too Jeff. Next is the living room and it has a big ceiling area. At least it has windows covering most of two walls and a fireplace and bookcase on a third so the walls won't take so long. I did the second coat in the DR tonight so I'll just have to do the trim another day. I guess H told the girls that he liked the color or something. Oh well, he won't be around much longer to enjoy it.

I always hope the ceiling won't need to be painted!
