Sawks, maybe I'm not understanding this, or it works different in Canada, but you're not even separated! What does Separation date mean when you're still living together? And I know here in the States if you have sex (which happens in most of our sitches), the judge can reset the S date. The statement is "living together as husband and wife" which the judge can interpret.
As for the papers sitting in your trunk, what else would you do with them? Now it's just wait a year, right?

It is very weird.. i am not sure.. she put something down as grounds" living apart for one year"..my friend on saturday can interpret that one..i have no idea..
We are seperated though, we sleep in different rooms, we don't really do things as "H & W"..
i am pretty sure that defines seperation.

She hasn't moved out because her name is on the mortgage , she has asked if i plan on taking over everything.. i keep responses minimal.
