You will feel like crap for awhile. Gettting over someone is a process. Lower your expectations from "I want to be over B yesterday" to "I will not think about B and think about something that will make me feel good about me and where I am in my life for 5 minutes everyday (or even 1 minute if that is where you need to start)."

Don't be afraid. Accept that this is a painful process and BELIEVE that you will be over this someday. It may take awhile and you may only be able to increase that non-B time by one minute every week.

Good for you that you no longer send the emails. Now limit yourself to one B email a day that you will not send.

What you are going through is similar to what alcoholics face when battling drinking issues. You will have to go slow and one itty bitty step at a time. There is a lot of wisdom in AA philosophies.
