You guys are cracking me up! Tink, do you really think you can tell if someone is gay by all that stuff? I mean, I know they, alot of times, fit the sterotype but not always. I have told my H that he is in no uncertain terms to bring another person into my kids lives (really just a threat, what could I really do), but I know if he did have someone and they knew about it, at least one of them would tell me. But you seem like a bigger person MP than I am - I agree that you shouldn't ask and they shouldn't be put in the middle. I try, but it is so hard. I have just started dropping hints that I may start dating - that it has been too long and I don't want to be alone forever. And I don't let anyone know who I am going out with, male or female, mostly to keep H guessing. Have you tried having a little mystery? Even if you aren't seeing someone, no need for anyone to know that.

Don't play games, it could backfire. At this point you know what you need to work on, there's no need for taunting or going dark. And yes I'm amusing myself a little with the gay talk.
But I do believe MP53's husband is behaving like a man in the closet.
Perhaps his benefit of not getting divorced is so people still think he's married and don't know he's not living with his wife and therefore assume he's straight.
