lol, thank you, that is EXACTLY what my H said when he came back..and I think one of the reasons he wanted to come back. I am up and down, just happen to be kind of up right now. That is why I think it is best not to talk to H. I am wondering if he will call me to see if I still want him to go to the wedding. We'll see, I may just ignore him if he does.

Yep, I think if I talked to H right now I would just spiral. Nervous about the lawyer thing today, but I will get through it.
Haven't decided what I want to do about the car yet. It may be easier for ME to go ahead and refinance like I was going to (even though it would help him too). His payment will be much lower, therefore easier for him to pay. I would rather cut all ties, but I don't want that car and I worry about selling it for what we owe on it with it being an SUV and gas prices like they are.
Well, the lawyer wasn't as bad as I had it in my mind. I decided I was glad that I called the guy that I know. I met him when I moved back here, he didn't know I was married...and in fact was a little shocked to learn I was.
He told me to come back Monday to sign the papers and have H come by Tuesday or Wednesday. I haven't told H. I haven't decided if I'm going to go ahead and tell him or wait until after the wedding. I kind of don't want contact before the wedding because it may get me to feeling bad again.
Got my hair done and it looks good...I went shopping afterwards and I had 4 strangers comment on how good it looks .
My mom has been out of town and just got back tonight. She said I seemed like I was in a good mood and asked if I felt like I had a weight lifted off my shoulders after talking to the lawyer. Who knows, I am just strangely calm about this.

No work tomorrow! I think I about have my speech down, so that's good. Hopefully I won't be too emotional at the wedding.

I am so happy to hear you are taking care of yourself I understand what your mom is saying to you- maybe it is a relief and a safety net for now. Thats all you need to think about right now. My mom says the same thing to me about my calmness- so it is nice to hear that our mommas see that in us. They know us pretty well! ha ha ha! Have fun this weekend and take a break if you to be sad...its ok.
