Do some yoga, take some Xanax and go over there.

your right, W will likely ask if i reacted with anger/dissapointment etc.. I will goto the gym tonigh, i have allready called SIL and she said "can i call you back, are you at work??" weird question but said sure.

I am sticking to my plans for Saturday ( I have to build a temporary dog run during the day (new neighbors moved in last night, then going to yoga then suntanning on our lake, and then comedy club with my buddy Sat night(i won some passes))

Sunday , i am going hiking in the mountains with some friends.. when i get back i am going to the gym.

Monday I can give her a hand, and will likely get served, it's how i choose to react that's important. I don't know if i will say "ok thanks" or what i'll say.. i just have to keep it in my head "it's just paper".. nothing more

How i can accomplish that.. well.. not too sure yet

(SIL's BF likely knows everything and i play squash with him friday night, do i mention that i know? I suppose not)

No. Don't mention that you know. It'll get back to your w that you snooped. Don't act surprised either. You might want to just say something like, "I kinda figured this was coming. I'm glad she had you serve me instead of a stranger." You might ask if you could cut the evening short. She'll understand. I mean it would be ackward for you to say, "OK. Enough of that. Let's work on that resume of yours."

It will just be what it is paper, i won't act sad/mad/glad.. and will say something exactly like that " I kinda figured this was coming, glad it was you instead of a stranger" .. I'll just stay happy and positive (that is not what they expect i am sure)

after that it will likely be a wise decision to head to the gym..crank my ipod up and just run.. i will ask her if it's ok that i cut the afternoon short.

Hopefully she doesn't expect me to help her with her resume after that.. your right it would be ackward...

spoke to SIL seems she does want to work on her resume, i'll be prepared either way.

W texted me again (4 days in a row where i dont call her/text/email).. she says "there is lobster and rice in the fridge if you are hungry.. that's all.. maybe it's nothing

anyways i just replied "thanks, btw boys are fed, i'll see ya later, hope you have an awesome night and had a great day"

too much analyzing ??

ok personal trainer and I mixed up times.. so i ended up on eliptical for 1 1/2 miles and then yoga..

Came home.. W is here, i said hello.. came upstairs to watch a bit of tv...W was on laptop..checking facebook etc. i just mentioned if someone would be home to feed dogs/cats let dogs out.. she told me what she was doing all weekend.. i said i am not coming home after work.. i have something to do(squash).. then i'll be home to shower.. then i can let the dogs out.. then i am going out again..(she will likely be there, but not for long, she works Sat morn)We chatted about Sat.. i said i might take dogs with me.. where? to the mountains.. W: oh ok, i am going to SIL sunday..

went to make something to eat.. brought my food upstairs.. then we started to talk.. chatted about the guys that came and did warranty work on our new house.. chatted about the neighbors.. well W talked the whole time.. i just listened.. with the occasional question.

W made some comment " Wow i haven't even seen you since Tuesday' I never said a peep... as if i never heard it..

we got close.. and aLOT of eye contact... she sort of avoided it, i stared in her eyes the whole time.

I put my arms up over my head.. caught her looking at my chest and arms..

just showed her where i am staying in Portland and in Bellingham..(harbour-front in both, and she could have been expensed for the full week by my work)..

It was nice.. one step at a time, one minute at a time, one day at a time

Definitely small positives. You sound like you have been doing some great DBing. Keep up the good work. Months from now, things will most likely look even better overall.

Time is on your side.
