You're personal changes are impressive - losing weight, working out, cutting back on drinking, and quitting smoking! Your W will not believe they will stick until you have been consistent for months though.

She is definitely noticing though.

thanks for stopping by my part of this world.. tonight personal trainer, i can work off all the stress of my work day (right now work is crazy)..

yep I will just BE... i think that's a good plan.. BE ME.. even better \:\)

As for dancing.. or having a beer or a lobster or whatever, we'll just see what happens, the old me would have gone and had to have called the W to come get me because i was too drunk to drive.. the new me.. has offered to be the DD for my buddy.. he took me up on it..

I know the papers mean nothing, i know now who is serving me.. (W's sister).. I am not going to let it worry me..

What got to me a little bit, is seeing a profile on lavalife for W.. (that's how we met)...
but i won't let it affect my PMA..

Yeah you're right she likely won't notice i am in great shape for awhile, because it's only been a few weeks at the gym... (i even started throwing bread from sandwiches out because i dont want the carbs).. and i loved diet pepsi..now it's water.. lots of it..

Do you really think she is notcing? I haven't even seen her in a couple of days, both times she's come home i've been in bed sleeping allready..

1 thing for sure, I am noticing, and it feels greeaaaat!
