I'm pretty sure I've been to Arizona very briefly when I went to Las Vegas and we drove out of the town a bit, or is my geography off? I remember I have never felt such heat in my entire life and got out the car for two minutes and promptly got back in again and turned on the air con!

Yes, Julia, you could well have gone into Arizona from Las Vegas. It does get a trifle warm!

I believe I said dramatically 'oh my god, I'm going to die' and flounced back in the car. My h was laughing at me a lot as I had demanded to be taken to another state so I could tick it off. High maintenance me? Never! How do you stand it?

It was 43C while I was at training last week...of course, if it gets below 23 I'm putting jumpers on and shivering lol

Really? If it hits 23 here everyone is sunbathing in the park! Seriously 43! I would melt! It's 22 here today and I am considering that pretty warm and am in a t shirt.

I don't even ditch the jeans and switch to shorts/skirts til it's at least 24. Lol.

I think I'd freeze in London. It's a good thing it was June when I was there last!
