Boy, can I relate to this, I was talkig to a frieind who is semi new at being a LB and she feels bad since its been 3 yrs, told her I was longer holding on and why? he wasnt going to even try from the get go,,,it hurts but we grow, we become stronger, its all ok in the end

I know it is a difficult situation being a LBS. The thing I was very careful of was not to have any romantic entanglements until a few months after the D was final.
The e-mail in July was the last "chance" I gave her. I unlocked and opened the "door" for her.... All she needed to do was make a very small step saying she wanted to talk or e-mail....
However, I knew if she did not want to pursue anything, there would be gals wanting to date me as my close female DB friend said many times.... I am not saying that I am all that... I am just convinced there will always be demand for nice looking one woman men with solid careers/businesses....
It was a fun period flying around the country to meet some of the gals.... When I flew into meet Wifey, God had already placed it in my heart she would be my W... I was just myself and allowed Him to work....

I have a few threads on the boards; however, I am coming back to the original thread to post this time.
