I know. I struggle with anger sometimes and I don't seem to be having alot of luck getting rid of it. I've tried journaling, working out and screaming in my car (in a remote place, thank you). Any ideas? Or is this another one of those time and patience things?
P.S. I liked Blink!, but haven't read Tipping Point. Could be it's time to do that.

If that doesn't work, do something different. Where did I hear that? I think it was Divorce Busting.
Yes. A little humor, but there is a bit of truth in that. Penn & Teller had a show on Anger Management. Without going into too much detail, much of what they found was not to act on it as the best way to get over it. Venting did not seem to be a good coping tool and there were quite a few studies to back that up. Seems that thinking about anger keeps you angry. And that brings us right back to the old patience thing.
My advice - when you are angry, go read Tipping Point or maybe a James Patterson (or similar) novel.
Hmmm. All that stuff seems to fall under the category of let it go. You generally do well, but we all have little setback. It's ok. Now move forward. You'll be fine.
Hi Grace- I have been thinking of you too. I hope all is well with you and your girls and that you are just so busy enjoying life that you haven't had time to stop by here.
I too have wondered where you've been, and how you were doing. You gave me advice in the early post-bomb days that helped me a lot. i hope you are taking good care of yourself.
