Saweeet. Have a great time. You sound so much better today! Yay!

I'm still in a little bit of a funk but doing better. Have lots on my mind at the moment.

Hey bro glad you are feeling somewhat better. Don't try and solve all of it at once, one thing at a time.

If you feel like talkin about some of it, I'm gettin really good at listening

Like the posts from last night.

Me working on my new place and how daunting that seems.

Wanting out of this house.

Wondering how I will make it..

Lots of things.

I'm not thinking of the M much anymore or the failure of it..

I don't know Ian, it's hard for me to describe. I'm not down. Or angry, or sad or really anything since about noon today..

I just am.

I ordered a book from Amazon last week. It's called "what a difference a Daddy makes" I thought it might help me with my D, especially as she gets older. it came today.

I don't know what I am Ian. I'm calm right now..no anger no nothing really..a little funky feeling..It's hard to describe. Still a little drained from last night. Your response to my post touched me. It's hard for me to read it. I read it a few times today.

I believe that is referred to as being melancholy. Melancholy can be a wonderful thing after the last 3 days you have had.

No sense in worrying about anything right now......

Get some rest buddy

You may seem overwhelmed right night but I know it will all work out. Try and take it one step at a time. Try and keep that inner peace that you have found. Hopefully you can get your new house ready soon and put some distance between your W and yourself.

nothing happened, Just anxious. I think I may need to call my doctor and get a little medicinal help.

I've already laid 2 guys out and it's not 7:30am yet. You may be next!!

Hey Mike,

I'm sorry you're feeling so anxious today. When my boss went through the breakup of his 17 year relationship, he was having chest pain/major anxiety. The dr. gave him an Rx for Xanax. He said he was blown away with how much it took the edge off his anxiety.

Hang in there.

(((((Mike)))))

Mike - I don't believe in medication for emotional related illnesses, but I must adnmit, the valium when this first happened was a blessing. I'd never of slept without it as the stomach knots were unbearable.

You need to relax a little bit. Can you get out of the office and take a walk or something.

I don't know if you need to call the Dr. just yet. These emotions come and go. Try and take a deep breath and calm down. You can get thru this.
