Obviously if she left the papers in the kitchen and sent you a text that there's chicken in the oven, she wanted you to see the papers. Something like that doesn't just get left out on accident.
I've been thinking that also. Very weird that it's all been out there for you to snoop and see.
Oh, and no she can't serve you herself. You have to be served by a law enforcement officer, which costs money. Unless you sign a special "waiver of service" form.
In my sitch, W didn't want to/couldn't afford to serve me, so I stalled several months before signing the waiver.
From the outside looking in, I think she just wants you to know she's serious about this. Like I said before, if she REALLY wanted a D, and quick, there would be a lawyer.
Well she left it right there on the island in the kitchen... she knows me better than that.. i read everything.. and just prettily put it back in her bag. Not 1 word from me, and i won't say a word to anyone but you guys.
She can't afford the lawyer, she wants to do "mediation" on the cheap... my salary in nearly triple hers.. but i don't want to spend money either. (I want my W back)
I saw that she had a photo of me, and her sister was going to witness that it's me..
there were probably 6-7 copies of this document.
I am not sure what and when.. just that it is coming. I KNOW she expects me to cry/whine/complain...
I have no plans on doing anything other than remain positive and listen if she talks..
Funny she mentioned a couple days ago when i texted saying the dogs were keeping me busy " imagine if it were real kids" makes me think
