Obviously if she left the papers in the kitchen and sent you a text that there's chicken in the oven, she wanted you to see the papers. Something like that doesn't just get left out on accident.
Also, it's my understanding that SHE CAN'T serve you the papers herself. It has to be done by someone else. I would just take them, sign, and walk away.
The papers have been in the kitchen corner for awhile, she bought the kit from Staples for 40 bucks. yesterday they were moved.. and in her carry bag, all filled out... i snooped and read them. And yes you are correct i don't think she can serve me.. but i am not 100% sure. She actually left me a VM saying there is chicken in the oven..
