Next, scope out some of the success stories on here. I read this one whenever I get down:

This is a LONG process, you're analyzing everything way too much. There's no way you can know what your W is thinking

You seem to be doing better, glad that the Realtor went well. Your sitch still has a lot of hope, but you need to back off and detach for a while.

Hi Jon,

i will look for DR today when i goto the doc.. so far i've lost 17 pounds.. everyone says i look good, but most importantly, i feel good! .. i am eating healthier than ever..

I am going to talk to my boss about a raise, with them moving me up in the corporation, i think it's only fair.

Today i am going to ask to go back on Champix, to quit smoking for good..

Today , i have made no contact other than telling W that i will be in Washington state for week of Jul 21.. as a FYI because of our dogs.. that's it.. said something like " FYI i will be in WA week of Jul 21-25"

WAW describes EXACTLY my Wife..

I know it's a long process.. and i have to practice patience..

If i get my raise i may keep the house we built...

just going to keep going to the gym-working-getting quality sleep..repeat..

some people here (the HR lady says she cannot believe how well i am taking everything)..

alot of people are saying that.. crazy! lol
