chin up! I hope you'll use that bike, ball, etc to help with endorphins... it's amazing what some exercise does to your PMA!!

My newest mantras:

"I did the best I could, using what I had, and who I was at the time."

AND

"I deserve to be happy, & I get to decide what that looks like."

And as one friend recently told me, it's ok if what makes you happy changes for you.
