It was BURN BABY BURN HOT this weekend, something weird is going on! 108 readings in June?? heck thats even wicked hot for Aug! needless to say, the pool got used! and I am on my way to being a beautiful......... off alabaster now!!
Actually after my drs. visit this last week, and finally dragging myself out of the depression of being there, I am taking charge of my life and health!! I will lose those extra lbs I no longer want!!
If someone would of told my 5'6, 92 lb self 24 yrs ago, I'd be trying to lose weight I would of laughed in their faces!! buttt , it happens, and it SUXS!!!
On another nicer note, Ex and S went out for nice lunch today at the golf course and then to S old work for a pitcher of beer, Ex even let S drives his precious MLC mobile. Do not know whats going on w/ him, why now he is available and asking S to see him on Sun. but I am really glad, S needs his dad- well he needs his mama more, but thats beside the point lol

Wow K what the heck is up with ex? Personally, I think that he's realizing the grass isn't always greener. Hopefully that's the case and he's trying to salvage a relationship with his son before it's too late!
Hey Bethie Yea its really odd, i just hope he dosnt let him down again, or hes inbetween party friends and once it picks up again he'll go back to his usual absentee dad thing. Luckily S is older so he knows.
Another odd thing. Got a text today, it was ex- " so are you going to remind me of the date" it was our wedding anny- I just texted back that i was trying to forget. ha ha. He made some comment that one more year we would of gotten a silver platter. I just said ya know in the Catholic Church we are still married. THAT stopped the texts lol actually B suggested that comment LOL
I dont know if ex takes marriage so causally or if he covers his feelings of not feeling by joking.
I told my friends I now think of today as the anniversary of the day I had a great party w/ family and friends in their peach organza dresses LOL
