I never thought of it that way puppy, I just want to get home and restore peace, and seperate the kids from my W. What a crazy life, I sure hope it gets better someday, that I find love again, that I will be able to forgive (I still say never).

The more you talk with people the more you want to put a face with a name...you, Puppy, H4h, Sara, kat, and others.....Jeff, I picture you with dark hair, tall, athletic, blue eyes, not preppy.....Puppy, picture puppy dog eyes (due to name), 5'9, hard@ss look (hee hee).....Sara, dark shoulder length hair, smart, possibly glasses....Kat, smiling all the time, sandy blonde hair, 5'5.....
Jeff, keep hanging in there. Good to see the lawyer and get that straightened away. I'm afraid one of these days W is going to come crashing down...I worry about her and you and the kids when she does. Thinking about you....
Hey everyone, as I thought W was waiting for me to get home, she look like she had enough, was out the door in less than 30 seconds, I talked to L today, says judge would see W leave, all documentation I would need would be a copy of her lease agreement to prove she left, me and the kids, and I have witnesses also. I would typically get full custody. Said only thing I could do to protect myself is file for D. Said W could file a order of protection and get me kicked out of the house, I don't see W doing this becasue she cannot handle being with the kids and all her stuff is at the apartment, would be totally against what she is trying to accomplish, (be herself/live her own life with no strings attached), she would have to lie about reason for order of protection, everyone including her parents would know it was a lie. Wopuld make her look ever worse in the eyes of everyone we know. I'm going to chance it for now,

I'm 5'11 and 155lbs (slim) blond hair, blue eyes, definitely not preppy best comparison, would be a slim Jeff Daniels with glasses.

Pretty good, WDID. I'm 5'10", brown hair, and yes, big brown eyes (with very long eyelashes), but I don't knwo about the "hardass" part. My wife says I'm like the labrador retriever of husbands, and I guess that fits -- I'm loyal, lovable, and I like to lick and be scratched.
That is pretty much how I pictured you, but I never would have pegged you for being German. I myself am 1/2 German, 1/2 Polish, and my German side of the family is thrifty, hardworking, stubborn -- just like the stereotype. And all those things I am (I've never been without a job since age 8).
From the Polish side, I am romantic, funloving and outgoing.
Oh -- and from BOTH sides, I can sure pound the beer.

exactly head on, very thrifty, hardworking, haven't been without a job since I was 16 and I'm only on my 3rd job. I have some Polish in me also 1/4 Polish.
Me and my brothers can sure put the beer away. We are all very slim but can drink with the best of them.
My mom told my brother I needed some help around the house, he is stopping by tomorrow, kind of guy that everyone calls for help. Everyone in the family is handy with their hands. I can usually fix or repair anything around the house, my brother use to lay carpet and I need him to replace some carpet in my old bedroom to get it ready for my daughters. I remodeled the room several years after we bought the house, tore out a wall and pushed back the closet, now has a 16 foot walk in closet, Its going to be perfect for the 3 girls.
Have several softball games tomorrow morning and the kids and myself are going to check out garage sales before their games, then its back home to work and clean up. Saturday is work around the house day. Sunday is family day, church, pool, BBQ, whatever we want to do.

Hey everyone, thanks for checking in on me. several notes:
1. just got a call from a old friend, I haven't talked to her in several months. She is the gossip of the old group and never calls me. Only thing I can think of is that word has reached her of W leaving me and the kids.
2. My brother came over today to help out with some work around the house, I timed it so he would show up while W was at the pool with the kids, it rained so W came home early, she say my brother and didn't even get out of her car, she just dropped off the kids and drove away. She respects my brother very much and I was suprised that she didn't even stop to say hello.
3. my neighbor and I talked some today and she said, W is gone, W is sick, and I agree with this point, W will never come back, becasue she would never admit she was wrong, she would never say I made a mistake. If she ever did this it would be a miracle, thats why I have posted before I give my marriage a 10% chance of working out. Or a 5% chance she will say she made a mistake and a 5% chance I'll forgive her for screwing around on me.
