I am back from the lawyer's. Tears and streaming down my face. I was strong in the office. If I can get H to come into her office on Thursday of next week and sign the papers, I can be divorced on Friday. Can you believe that? In one week I could be divorced. It all depends on if H will agree to the settlement. I am not sure. It says that I will pay off his car loan and give him $1000 and he has so many days to get out of the house and take all of his stuff. I am not sure if $1000 will be enough money to make him leave.

I think I need some time to think about all of this....
