{{{shopping talk...C2H remembering what it was like to pretend to be interested when he was married}}} Cherry blossoms? Man I missed out on that too? LOL!

Kidding about the bubble thoughts above. I actually learned to spend time with my X while shopping. I would volunteer to drive or take her but would bring reading material. We would get to a store and I would find a place to be stationed and I would hang out and relax. No pressure about when we could go. If my kids were with me, maybe i would take him to another part of the store (toy section?) and play or go somewhere in the mall with him.

Now, if that aint the mark of a willing husband, I don't know what is.

C2H that wouldn't be my idea of a willing H. I would view it that you didn't really care what I looked like or what my interests were.

However most men hate shopping and if I was going to drag the poor man along I would understand if he wanted to sit it out.Or go play with the toys.

Our men don't have to love everything we do.And I would love to have a man who doesn't care what I look like once and a while.

my baboo thinks I shop funny

I pile tons of stuff and then weed it out so by the time I actually check out I have very little

I have to justify every penny spent on me

and

he laughs

but he is very patient

C2H, bless your soul, I truly admire those poor guys sitting there, hoping the earth would open up and swallow them, holding the bags from the previous stores they've visited. I didnt' bring stbx along, mostly because my kids would run away and it was a mess, I knew also stbx would be bored and at the time I didn't care much for shopping for me, it was only for the kids so I didnt' take long.... later, it' was a different story, he he, I didnt' bring him because I didnt' want him to see how much I was buying :0)
