When I started running last summer, I could barely run a lap. I downloaded the Couch to 5K running program on my iPod and slowly, week by week, ran more and more. Until I got to a 5K. I didn't run a lot this winter, and this race will be a bit of a struggle, but I'm doin' it. I run now about 3-4 times a week. And trust me, I need to lose weight and am not in the best of shape!!
