Key lime pie is easy, if you can separate eggs! Fajitas are a snap, too. Get the seasoning in an envelope, and it's all a matter of chopping up some veggies, or you can cheat and get the peppers frozen, already cut up, and only cut up the onion. Don't forget sour cream, salsa, and cheese!
