Welp, got a phone call from relator and kinda expected it after this weekend. She left msg saying have an offer need to get you and W together and present it to you Sat. Didnt say how much so I think its less than what we paid for it 3.5 years ago. Bout 5 minutes later get text from W "We got offer on house!We really need to talk (my name). About this and other things. Please return my call today:-)"

So guess I will call relator at lunch and find out how much, and maybe call W tonight. This is going to be a fight I know on if we should accept it and how much equity we are going to split.
