happy to say things are still going well here. H's IC is a good fit (yay!) and I'm working with some sahm friends of mine so I can continue mine over the summer (miss those free mornings when the kids are in school!). realizing some needs I have, like some time on my own that I learned to love when we were S. I haven't had that lately and have talked to h about it. nice to actually talk about this stuff...before I probably wouldn't have said anything, if I could even pinpoint my feelings. big difference. and he is more than happy to meet it (right, h?). basically our communication continues to be far better than it ever was.
other than that, kids are out of school and summer is here. looking forward to the plans we have both with the kids and without them...definitely another need we used to overlook, time together on our own. Not letting these things slip away again if I can help it.
