Oh, She knows I have been job hunting, and knows where I have been looking. I have been very open about it, though I think it will upset her. Of course that's not why I'm doing it.
It is a good career move for me. It gives my personal life a fresh start. It brings me closer to D14. I asked W once a month or so ago when we were getting along really well, whether she would have ever considered moving if our M was solid. She pretty emphatically said "no".
