another date set today!

Well, it wasnt too bad of a day. Was just a date for judge to see how things were progressing and set a trial date if it goes that far which is set up for middle of Nov. Guess that means I have to work my a$$ off and not backslide anymore.

My L, W's L, and me was only present. I didnt get to go behind doors and meet the judge, L just wanted me to go to get a feel for it and plus was a time to question him since I was paying him anyways. L told me how he told the judge about episodes W has had and showed pictures (i think he did--he had pics before he went in there that I gave to him when I hired him that I saw him going through). L said she tried to fire back that I have done the same (but W and I got it dismissed although W was at more fault than me and I had to look like the badguy). Its funny how they work. W's L walks in and they say hi and everything and talk about other things. Then they talk about issues between W and I. Her L didnt know I could hear her until my L said that I was there. Overheard her L talking about getting her stuff out of the house.

They walk out and her L smiles and says hello like she knows me (cause we have meet before in court earlier this year) so I say it back. Talk to L about whats been going on, and he tells me not even worried about getting her things. That I need to get that paper work filled out to give him a better outlook on things. He also tells me that there might be depositions for each party and telling me that it would be under oath about stuff that has happened during the M. Hopefully if that happens, W gets to admit and realizes what has happened on her part. Also tells me how low my child support is right now, and how he told judge we arent happy with the time with the kids.

Did text W the date with a smile and not expecting a response. Maybe not the best thing to do, not pissed or anything.
