Current significant event is Father's Day. Happy Father's Day to everyone who is a father!
Not sure if D17's dad is in town or not. She gave him his gift early just in case. She borrowed money from me to buy the gifts!!! It was very interesting because when she asked him what he wanted he couldn't think of anything. Then his gf (guess I can't call her ow since we're divorced now) suggested a movie. D17 told me, "I don't want to buy it for HER." She ended up buying 2 gifts: 1 idea I suggested, 1 idea from the gf. I loaned the money on the condition that I could borrow the movie and book.
So, now I'm going to send her dad an email asking which days this next week he wants D17 to come over and spend the night. I know you guys said I should let THEM work it out, but it will never happen if I don't nudge a bit!!!
