H4H - another thing - keeping the kids you accomplish several things - first you give a strong message to the kids, you are fighting for them and the family - second you give a strong message to your W - her imaginary world where she can nicely walk away with the kids doesn't exist - third, once she is out she is going to feel much more alone, much more in need of her family - the chances to have her come back I think are much more.... actually I am sure she is not going to stay by herself or whoever without her family. So, fight to keep the kids, bluff, say you talked to a lawyer and that he told you there is no way she can take the kids.
