Yes. Yes I do. You love each and everyone of them. And I quote:

I wouldn't have put it like that but close enough.

Written to a dear friend, thought I would post it here:

On the topic of Joy

I trust God, even when it seems hard to do the right thing, when it seems unfair etc.

I have dozens upon dozens of journal pages recording just how a faithful He has been to me.

I am a blessed man and a joyful father.

One can have joy, even when they are unhappy about something. I am not happy that my kids live with X and Mr. X BUT I have joy because of my relationship with God. I have much joy because of the many precious moments my kids and I do experience together.

I am overjoyed at the things God uses me to do for it is He who works through me to love others, especially the hurting. When I take my eyes off my own woes and focus on my blessings, I bow before God and praise Him in gratitude for a multitude of things, the most important of which is that I can freely serve and worship Him in this country, something not possible in other parts of the world.

The list of things which cause me joy is long and I am constantly adding to the list. Every missions trip, every opportunity to love, to serve creates a memory that brings joy when reflected upon in future.

I am INDEED a blessed man and a joyful father.

cat, having a great day. Have a great weekend yourself...sugarplumb (been a long time since I have had the opportunity to use a term of endearment, I'm a little rusty).

Bethie, Karen is free to use any color she wants, she might have been thinking of money, some garden work she needs to do, the color of So. Cal in the winter (what color is beantown then?) or she might have been thinking the color we Laker fans are when thinking about the wins and losses of THAT team \:\(

Karen, not to worry doll (oooh, luck, I'm getting better at it! ), we have a young team that is going to be real competitive, long after the three headed monster needs their geritol. \:\)

I sense a thread closing is coming. When you believe the end is near, how do you want to be remembered? Hmmmm, something deeply profound and philosophical... Ah! "Boston S#cks!" \:o

(I'm sorry, heard it on TV coming from the elite of Los Angeles at Staple Center- they are the only ones who can afford the tickets I feel bad but not bad enough to edit my post )
