How Much BS do I believe?!

Ive posted a few times in MLC and Newcomers but I have a new question.

I read in DR that you only believe 50% of what my H (moved out 1.5 mo ago) does and NONE of what he says...is this true?

He did follow through on moving out- that was a big one.

any words of wisdom? advice?

He might be in the "anger" phase, where all was your fault and he is just angry at you. It shall pass, and then he'll see that he too had a hand in the demise of the M. Just dont hold your breath, some never admit to that.

In the meantime, GAL, if you see him no puppy eyes or longing looks, be yourself, fill your time all you can, read good stuff.

i get so tied up in what he says...
i am seeing him possibly this weekend or next week.
dont show any emotion (sad)right?
just show happiness and contentment?

he has admitted to some of his wrongdoing...in a very small way the first week after he dropped the bomb.

he was crying all week..now he is out of the house and who knows?
we talk every now and tehn ( he pursues) then i get excited or sad depeding on the "feeling" i get from him.

i am sick of his HELL as you called it- i need to detach...i did well for a while- now im back on the upswing after a few days of yuckiness.

what a rollercoaster!

i seem to do fine when I think if only today.
when I start to do anything future oriented I get freaked out.

I cant plan much right now...DAY BY DAY...
