I tend to agree! You deserve SOOOOOO much better than him. He is clearly a different person than you married. Just think....you could be with a grown up! How nice would that be??

He is delusional.

I can't sign it. It's wrong and not filled out completely.

I wish I could and just be done with this whole mess.

I don't think he is ever going to grow up. Right now, I see him ending up like his biological father. 3/4/5 divorces, kids he never sees, living alone with all his money, wondering why he never found a compatible woman, blaming the rest of the world.

Hmmm, just thinking here.

Do the errors mean it wouldn't happen, as it went through the system? He filled it out, he wants you to sign. What if you did, just as it is? Could it hurt you?

I'm thinking, sign it, and make him take care or getting it fixed. Or, tell him to fix it, and then you'll sign.

He is such an idiot!

He really is being a jerk Michelle, and you deserve alot better. But, from a legal standpoint, before you sign anything, have a lawyer look at it so you are protected. Sometimes these do it yourself divorce kits are just a mess, and require alot more paperwork than is necessary, and same with the legal separation. Get what you have coming to you.

Im still standin better than I ever did looking like a true survivor feeling like a little kid Im still standin after all this time and Im picking up the pieces of my life without you on my mind..

Since I worked small claims for so long, I generally have no problem with the county DIY stuff. That's one reason I know they're not filled out properly.

I would have no qualms about doing a legal S myself. I do have a friend who does family law however, so I can bounce stuff off her which helps.

As is, the clerks wouldn't even accept the forms. They'd hand them back.

The problem is....he wants me to send them to him since he's filing in his county, not mine. I can't take the chance he would alter them or attach the attachments after I send them to him.

I don't think he's that sneaky...but you never know.

Could you tell him YOU will file the LS as a compromise?

He doesn't want a legal S. He wants a D. He's not been in the mood to compromise this last week lol.
