YAY T! Spreading the facercise word! I also do I on the tube in the morning- so funny! No-one ever comes near me, which is an added bonus on a crowded train!
K- I can't wait for you to join the international facercise movement. I can't recommend it highly enough. Actually I brought some pictures of my in from 15 years ago (CEO wanted to see what the young me looked like), but no-one believed the pictures were that old because I look almost the same- just a bit thinner. Hurray!!
You can get silent versions of the other things you know, but I don't think they're ever totally silent (or they wouldn't vibrate enough!!) LOL!
