I'm going to pick up that book too. I had a good weekend I stopped thinking about things that would end up hurting me and it works we went to my sisters for dinner had a nice time. My family knows nothing about situation including our kids, I am sure they knew something was going on but they never said anything except our middle child, she is the only one that asked if everything was alright when she heard a a glass break on the floor when H pissed me off but that was awhile back.

My H tries to reassure me that he loves me, H knows how badly I must feel at times notices when I'm quiet. I'm trying not to let things get to me. Just hanging in there. I haven't read your situation yet but hope things are going well for you.
