I know you know this, but I'm going to say it anyway. This is not about you. Your H focuses on you so he doesn't have to look at himself. The thing he put in the IM about you calling it PTSD or piling things on is EXACTLY what my H was saying a couple of months ago. Denial is a terrible thing and whatever set him off, hes chosen you to focus his anger and rage at, its not your fault and you haven't done anything, he has problems and he deals with them by running away. I'm mad at him too, maybe one day he will become a grown up, but he will have to do it himself. Just like me, you can't save him and you can't fix him.
