You want to see him, pretty badly. I think the time is right. You are in a situation where there is an opportunity to see him, and the time is pretty limited. In those circumstances, it doesn't strike me as bad DBing to adjust, if he says he wants to see you. As long as you don't push it on him, I think it is ok.
When you see him, remember, no expectations! You don't even know how YOU are going to feel. Just be T, and see what happens!
