I like the plan of how to 'be' when you see B. I think if it was me, I'd drop him a text to say you're busy tomorrow now, but you hope he got your e-mail and are looking forward to catching up. And then it's lap of the gods stuff. He WILL get back to you. But isn't it hard waiting?!
