ok, so the court case over temp. custody is tomorrow. h and I came to an agreement and (I'll post it below) has been sent to both of our lawyers.
Mary and I have agreed that Isabella will finish the school year in Deposit and reside with Mary Monday – Friday. Isabella will spend the summer with Frank who has day camp lined up for her. We both think it is a good idea. Mary will have her on weekends for the summer.
At the end of the summer Isabella will return to Deposit to attend kindergarten at the *name edited by sg* School and will reside with Mary Monday – Friday. And, Frank will have her on weekends.
During the summer, Mary and Isabella will attend counseling sessions to ease the transition for Isabella during this difficult time of separation.

So, I feel a bit better and am totally satisfied with this arrangement, but am terrified the judge won't accept it. From what I understand (my lawyer has worked with her for years) she is very "pro-mom" and keeping the child in the home.
I'm still dealing with social services (that h reported me on last week). I took a drug test that came up clean, of course. their biggest concern as I mentioned is the clothes issues. I literally don't know that they are (the school) talking about. I have never dressed her in dirty clothes and only oNE time I can think of she wore black capri pants two days ina row (the bus was here and i had to get her on it but made her put a new shirt, socks and shoes and sweater on.
I just can't believe I'm going through this. Isn''t it bad enough that h did the bomb, is having an affair, LEFT us a month and a half ago? and here's the thing (as my lawyer said), if he was so concerned about my parenting, why would he leave Isabella with me in the first place??? Also, until the incident of a week ago when I wouldn't let him in the house ,he has NEVER stated to me a concern about my parenting with her.
I'm so f'ing scared about tomorrow. please pray for me you guys. It will kill me if I lose her, I'm not kidding.
